Welcome to my gallery of arts, nature, performance, architecture and more. My earliest interest in imaging was on 35mm film. I expanded into the realm of A/V, shooting and editing video on an A/B system with 3/4 inch tape. I migrated towards digital video editing and became interested in electronica. Discovering the art of visual fx using video and film, I did my first show at an electronic music festival in 1996 and expanded to do visual fx for clubs and bands. My formal education includes Video Production Technology at GCC. Past influences include FMTV, the Qatsi trilogy, independent art films and installations of video art. Today my primary focus is digitally photographing the arts, architecture, nature, performances and vehicles. I often assist other artists with projects, shows and promotions. Professionally I do photography, videography, A/V, I.T., and laser light shows. Thanks for stopping by. Kenn Ranous
